Energy Efficiency Surveys

We offer personalised surveys and advice for homes and businesses in southern England. Our surveys are aimed at those who want to improve their energy efficiency but aren’t sure the best way to go about his. The typical process is:

1. A preliminary phone call to discuss your aspirations and any details of the property

2. We review any documents you provide (e.g. surveyor’s report)

3. We’ll visit your home to perform the survey, including thermal photos where appropriate

4. We prepare a report with all the results of the survey, including recommended short- medium- and long-term improvements. We’ll highlight any particular risks and mitigations. Our reports are BS40104-compliant but can be tailored to suit your exact requirements (sample report available on request).

5. We answer any follow-up questions you may have, and can coordinate with contractors if necessary.

This service is priced depending the size and complexity of the property, starting at £500 for a typical home. We can also offer bespoke services such as drawings and specifications for building work should you require this. Please contact us for further details.
